The founders of this company combined have over sixty
years of successful business experience. The three
principal’s business experience and knowledge have been
concentrated in corporate and intellectual property law,
corporate finance and accounting, government marketing and
e-Business development, and Information Technology and human
resources recruiting.
From an individual perspective:
- Jeff Matsuura specializes in
providing Legal and Business Consulting Services to
Technology-Based Companies, Entrepreneurs, and Members
of the Scientific Community. His key practice areas
include Intellectual Property, Digital Media Rights,
Commercial Transactions, Regulatory Compliance,
International Transactions, New Venture Creation, and
Technology Commercialization
- Jeff de la Concepcion specializes
in Financial Services and Management, Product & Business
Development, Project Management, E-Commerce & E-Business
Development, Business Process Re-engineering, Sales and
Marketing, Staff Supervision, Contract Negotiations, and
Information Technology system implementation.
- Devin Hall specializes in Technical Staff
Augmentation for Information Technology Professionals.
He also provides Strategic Planning, Management and
Employee Development services. In addition, his
expertise encompasses an in-depth knowledge of
Technology Consulting, Business Consulting, and Full
Life Cycle Recruitment of IT Professionals.
The team collectively has numerous certifications such as
being a SHRM Member, NAACP Member, Virginia and District of Columbia bar, and
has served on numerous startup organizational boards,
Chairman of charitable events, served as a member of a Board
and considered as a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ on a
International Telecommunications and Satellite Committee.
Why did we start this community?
It’s a simple answer. We have been working with small
businesses in various capacities, our experiences concluded
that small business, whether they were 8a, possess numerous
certifications, non-8a, GSA Schedule all have the same
issue, there is no place to find teaming partners. It is
critical for small businesses to have teaming partners to
potentially win government contracts. A high quality,
reputable teaming partner is invaluable.
In addition, business opportunities are nationwide. Ask
yourself a question: How is some one in California going to
find the unique service or product that I provide? The
number one answer is through my E-Business website. How do
they find it? Key word searches or stumbling across it
accidentally is the usual response. In other words, they
